Subagh Kriya
by the underlying stars
This album consists of five eleven-minute tracks (and a three-minute cool down track), composed seamlessly to immerse the listener in a deep and fulfilling meditative experience.
The five tracks correspond to the five exercises in the Kundalini Yoga Kriya, Subagh Kriya. The music is timed with the exercises, giving musical cues so that the listener can enjoy the meditation without having to look at a clock or be distracted by spoken instruction.
A full set of instructions come with the album for those that wish to do the Kriya.
Excellent for Kundalini Yoga teachers to give their students a profound meditation experience—as well as for any Yoga, Dance or movement environment.
